What we collect
Your email address if you sign up to the mailing list, your account details if you create an account, and privacy-friendly usage analytics.
Why and legal basis
We use your email address for one thing: to send you GTA 6 news and release updates once we start sending them. Signing up to the list is the consent, and every mail we ever send will carry a one-click unsubscribe.
Retention
We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell your data. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Affiliate links
The buy buttons on the consoles and preorder pages, and the product links inside articles, are affiliate links published as part of the Amazon Associates programme. Clicking one sends you through our own redirect, which records the link that was clicked and the country the click came from, and nothing that identifies you. From the moment you land on the store, that store's own cookies and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Processors
We rely on Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Cloudflare (media storage). Each processes data only to provide their service.
